SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are hand made and processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped out every Mondays and Thursdays. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone or Instagram.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to cancel or amend an order after you have checked out, please send us an email (email@example.com) as soon as possible. Please note that some products are hand made to order, this means we can not guarantee cancellations or changes if your order is already being made.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We only accept refunds and returns for damaged goods. Faulty products may be returned to us for a full refund, an exchange of product within the store or replacement of the product. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and return it within 14 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please understand that we will not accept exchanges if the size your have ordered is incorrect. Please double check the size guide before completing your purchase!
